A performance-based workflow tryout—not a course. You compete, improve, and leave with artifacts whether you advance or not.
WHAT YOU ARE JOINING
Workflow Tryouts are structured evaluations. You check your pace, learn the workflow, practice, compete again, and either make the team or leave with replay notes and workflow artifacts.
THE PROCESS
- Check your pace — Work your way. Measure your baseline.
- Learn the workflow — Install new plays. Understand the system.
- Practice and improve — Run drills. Build reps. Get better every day.
- Compete to win — Use it in the next tryout. Check your pace again.
- Make the team — Top performers advance. Earn your spot.
EVALUATION
We evaluate skill, pace, improvement, attitude, contribution, and who made the tryout better. Cuts are part of the tryout. Top performers may be invited to continue. Selection is not guaranteed.
